U Star Novels have been named in the National Shortlist in the HSBC Start Up Stars for 2009.Sixty small businesses from all over the UK have made it to the semi-final stage of the 2009 Start-Up Stars Awards. Twenty-five of the 60 have now been selected for the national shortlist by the judges. The national finalists will be announced during the week beginning 5 October.
